How do I clean my MAPHEN One?

Cleaning Tips:

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is MAPHEN's shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

While we wish we could be, MAPHEN is not responsible for orders once they are in the hands of the selected shipping provider. Why? While it would make life a lot easier if we were in complete control of our shipping providers, their shipment delays, errors, and missteps are out of our hands and sadly something we cannot control. If you are having issues with your shipping provider, please contact them first for a resolution before contacting MAPHEN.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

When will I get my order?

Our fulfilment team requires 2 business days to pack and process your order.

Once fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location:

Ontario: 1-3 business days

Quebec: 2-4 business days

Other Provinces: 3-7 business days

Where do you ship?

At the moment, MAPHEN only ships within Canada and US.

How can I get free shipping?

For orders over $75 before tax and shipping, free shipping can be unlocked using code FREESHIP.

For orders under $75, shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be reflected at checkout.

My shipping address is wrong, what should I do?

If you notice an error in your order, such as an incorrect shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of your order being placed.

We are only able to adjust order shipping addresses before an order is shipped, which generally takes our fulfillment team 2 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Can I exchange my items?

Due to the nature of the items, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of the items, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We hope to have a return policy one day in the future.
